A Sky-High Escape in Bendigo

Nimbus Rooftop Bar. Perched atop a brand-new office development on Mitchell Street, Nimbus Rooftop Bar brings a breath of fresh air to the heart of Bendigo’s city centre.

A View to Remember

Take the lift to the third floor and step into a lush garden oasis with sweeping views over the city skyline. Co-owner Jesse Gollan led the design and fit-out himself, choosing a modern, minimal aesthetic that lets the panoramic backdrop take centre stage.

Unpretentious and Inviting

The unpretentious vibe is echoed in a relaxed menu that invites you to linger. In the kitchen, chef Shannon Bradley has crafted a selection of small plates perfect for sharing β€” think pan-fried Otway pork belly or pork and prawn potstickers.

Comfort on a Plate

For heartier appetites, a trio of pastas awaits, including Parisian-style gnocchi in a honey and ale-braised lamb shoulder ragu.

Playful Sips and House Signatures

The drinks list keeps things playful with timeless classics and a dedicated section of fruit-forward favourites. Try the passionfruit mojito, or sip on the house signature β€” the Flamingo β€” a vibrant blend of Morris Lane pink gin, strawberry liqueur, lime and grenadine.

Made for Every Season

Nimbus is made for all seasons. Smart design features like roll-down mesh shutters and a pergola roof ensure the elements never get in the way, while heaters keep things cosy year-round. Rain, hail or shine β€” the rooftop is always open.

A close-up of St Burgs’ iconic D Gorengβ€”a loaded bowl of instant Indomie noodles topped with smashed beef patties and molten American cheese. Served in a brightly branded St Burgs and Indomie collab container, this indulgent dish is one of Melbourne’s most outrageous limited-edition burger mashups, blending Filipino and Aussie comfort food with street-style energy.
